Greet guests warmly and present menus Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and ingredients Communicate guest requests or dietary needs to the kitchen Follow proper food handling and safety standards Set up and break down tables for service Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas Assist with opening and closing side work as assigned Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff Follow all company policies, health, and safety regulations Support a positive team environment
