Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

An appreciation for the culinary arts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the restaurant team during assigned shifts to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the brand's image.
Assist the management in the daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high-quality service and efficiency.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, aiming to resolve any issues and leave customers satisfied.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Collaborate with other supervisors and management to achieve financial targets, optimize productivity, and implement improvement strategies.
Uphold company policies and enforce regulations, ensuring team members adhere to guidelines and procedures.
