We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the operations of Tonight & Tomorrow Restaurant within our hotel. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure consistent service standards across all venues. Key Responsibilities Assist the Restaurant Manager enhance guest experiences by interacting with guests, addressing guest needs and resolving issues or problems. Be the liaison between the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager on staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experiences. Ordering front of house items and maintains inventory for Tonight & Tomorrow. Take inventory of silverware, glassware and linens for Tonight & Tomorrow on the first of each month. Ensure Front of House staff is in compliance with their TABC and Food Handler’s Certification. Review OpenTable for reservations and discuss the floorplan with the Host staff. Enter all booked private events into OpenTable and ensure accurate reservations information. As well anything else that is assigned.
