In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, achieve financial objectives, and maintain high levels of customer and employee satisfaction. You’ll lead and develop a team of dedicated technicians, manage a wide range of responsibilities including recruitment, training, performance management, and project coordination.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Direct experience with mitigation, cleaning, restoration, or construction services.
• Direct experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferred.
• IICRC industry certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage restoration personnel.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Inspect projects, develop scope of work, and review estimates.
• Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
• Coordinate and oversee restoration services with crews and subcontractors.
• Conduct a final walkthrough on all assigned projects and obtain a certificate of satisfaction from the customer.
• Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines.
• Ensure employee compliance with all company policies.
