Requirements

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in the restoration industry
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work flexible hours
• Experience helpful but not required — we’ll train the right person

Responsibilities

• Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation work
• Set up drying equipment, remove damaged materials, and clean job sites
• Assist with tarping, board-up, and demolition as needed
• Communicate professionally with customers during stressful situations
• Maintain clean, stocked trucks and equipment
• Participate in on-call rotation (nights/weekends as needed)
