Restorative Nursing Aide
About The Position
Under general supervision, actively incorporates the company’s “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Develops awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assists residents to maximize their independence and participation. Creates a safe environment in which to provide direct resident care and assist in residents’ activities of daily living. Performs basic Certified Nursing Assistant duties as well as helping residents gain an improved quality of life by increasing their level of strength and mobility through rehabilitation and restorative nursing care. As an RNA at the Terraces of Phoenix, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and unconditional hospitality. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Wage: $20.00 to $26.00 per-hour To be successful in this role, you would have: Ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, commitment to quality of care and willing to help foster a positive working environment Interact professionally with all customers, including ill, older adults, disabled persons and co-workers, individually and as a part of a team Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter Displays the HumanGood Experience Behaviors Perform as One Team Deliver a Personalized Experience Be Responsible for Results Be Curious and Adaptable Understand and adhere to company, community and department programs, policies and procedures. Independent – develops own way of doing; guides self with little or no supervision; depends on self to complete tasks.
