As a Retail Associate Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, drive the company's mission to earn customer loyalty and support Sales Representatives in achieving success. Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed
Responsibilities
- Coaches Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and performance
- Manages customer wait times for a smooth in-store experience
- Stays informed on products, services, and leadership practices to guide the team effectively
- Supports store maintenance, visual merchandising, and retail procedures
- Ensures the team uses store systems and communications efficiently
- Drives financial results by monitoring performance indicators
- Controls expenses and manages discounts
- Upholds United Wireless policies and procedures
