Job Overview We are in search of an Assistant Store Manager with previous experience to help in supporting with all operational and customer facing task in store. This person will be responsible for store opening and closing operations, ensuring that all store operations are occurring as expected, and providing a great experience in store. This person needs to have a strong attention to detail and will be an expert in store processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and communicating barriers to the Store Manager. The position reports to & receives functional guidance from the Store Manager. What You Will Achieve Manage a team of Brand Associates setting expectations, goals, and develop talent Act as the manager on duty in the store, focused on delivering results while enabling a positive customer and employee experience Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers, employees, and store products Focused on providing positive customer and employee experience Set high store standards that reflects company brand image, values, and culture Subject matter expert on POP MART core business information including POP MART's characters information, products, company history information Support company on marketing events such as in store events, Pop-up events, conventions, new store openings Support company RoboShop business as needed and follow up with in store RoboShop employee and RoboShop business partners as needed Improve sales performance of stores and meet sales key performance indicators such as store conversion, units per transaction, dollars per transaction, store sales trends Drive sales of company key products such as Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays Visual Merchandising & Inventory Management (1 or the other depending on store size) Execute Visual Merchandising and Marketing directives from business partners while attending weekly calls Installation of Marketing decals, props, set up new merchandising planograms, and set up marketing fixtures Remerchandise the sales floor based on product sell-through or slow moving product, making strategic decisions that align with business needs Works closely with Inventory ASM to determine BOH and warehouse inventory levels Required to work specific days of the week depending on Visual/Inventory Management responsibilities Responsible for back of house organization, inventory management, receiving/transferring of goods, and weekly/quarterly inventory auditing.
