YOUR ROLE PowerVac is seeking a dynamic Retail Assistant and Sales Support professional who will oversee the retail shop, support the sales and service teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients. This is a newly created role as PowerVac is a growing business and requires committed team members to assist our customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service, organisational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with accounting/inventory systems (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or similar)
  • Great time management skills with the ability to prioritise and resolve competing demands to meet deadlines
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Oversee retail shop operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism
  • Supervise front-of-house reception and customer service functions, ensuring follow-up
  • Engage customers in the retail shop to ensure a positive and timely experience
  • Manage customer, contractor, and supplier inductions/onboarding
  • Ensure maintenance of relevant account details, customer queries, and changes in the CRM system
  • Support the sales team with quoting, invoicing, order processing, and documentation
