Your day as a Retail Banker - Teller Float As a new Retail Banker - Teller Float at Farmers and Merchants Bank, you will engage in a variety of daily tasks that ensure seamless banking operations. Your responsibilities will include processing customer transactions, assisting with account inquiries, and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in promoting bank products and services, working collaboratively with colleagues, and maintaining a secure environment in line with our commitment to safety. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 7:45 am to 5:15 pm, allowing for a structured workweek while also enabling time for personal pursuits. Expect to gain hands-on experience in customer service and banking operations as you rotate among branches, broadening your skill set and making valuable contributions to our organization.
