Take the lead in orchestrating the day-to-day operations, ensuring the boutique is a finely tuned instrument of efficiency. Coordinate with various departments to maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee visual merchandising initiatives Be the point person for customer inquiries and concerns, working diligently to provide swift and satisfactory resolutions. Keep the team informed about upcoming promotions, events, and any changes to operational procedures. Oversee inventory management, from regular stock checks to coordinating restocking efforts. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain a curated selection of products that align with the boutique's standards.

Requirements
