About The Position

The Retail Coordinator is a highly visible role that directly supports the VP of Stores - North America in driving strategic execution, operational clarity, and business alignment across the field organization. This role builds executive‑level recap decks, partners cross‑functionally, and serves as a critical proxy for the VP of Stores – North America. The ideal candidate brings structure, polish, and trusted partnership to a fast‑paced retail business.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience supporting retail leadership, field operations, or business management in a corporate or HQ environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Strong deck‑building skills; highly proficient in PowerPoint with an eye for executive‑level storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on professionalism, clarity, and polish.
  • Experience coordinating complex meetings, conferences, or events.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across all levels and influence cross‑functional partners.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Occasional travel to stores or field meetings as needed.
  • Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles
  • Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Build polished, executive‑ready recap decks and business presentations.
  • Serve as a proxy for the VP of Stores – North America in cross‑functional conversations, ensuring follow‑through, clarity, and alignment.
  • Coordinate directly with Retail Operations, Finance, HR, Recruiting, Buying/Planning, and Allocations to support business needs and streamline communication.
  • Plan and manage meetings for field leadership, including virtual sessions, in‑person meetings, and multi‑day field conferences.
  • Track key action items and deadlines, ensuring accountability across functional teams and field leadership.
  • Process expense reports for field leaders, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Book and manage complex travel itineraries for the VP of Stores – North America.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support retail initiatives, store programs, and operational workflows.
  • Maintain updated documentation, processes, and communication tools that support field consistency and productivity.
  • Supports end-to-end coordination of internal and external meetings and events for the North America Retail organization, including logistics, guest experience, scheduling, and on-site support.
  • Serves as a trusted partner to senior leadership, exercising impeccable discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality with access to highly sensitive, strategic, and personal information.
