Pants & boots reimbursement Employee store discounts 🔥 What You’ll Do As a key part of our store team, you will: Put Safety First—Always Deliver exceptional customer service with strong product knowledge Troubleshoot technical questions from customers and team members Support all aspects of store operations Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently Step in to lead the store when the Store Manager is absent Build relationships as the primary in-store contact for key customers Assist with pricing, quotes, and occasional negotiations Support both inside and outside sales teams Assemble equipment, stock shelves, and create engaging displays Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment Jump in where needed—no two days are the same! Qualifications🎯 What You Bring Experience in welding, industrial gases, or related applications (preferred) Retail or inside sales experience Strong problem-solving and communication skills Familiarity with industry products is a plus Comfort using handheld systems (Zebra or similar) 🎓 Education High School Diploma or equivalent 💪 Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the day Frequent use of hands and arms; occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching Ability to lift 25–75 lbs occasionally Strong visual awareness (close, distance, and depth perception) 📣 Ready to Build Your Career With Us?
