Federated Co-ops, Inc. is hiring for a Retail Counter Sales person to work out of our Mora Country Store! As a Retail Counter Sales person, you will be responsible for assisting customers of the Country Store with product selection and purchasing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Retail Counter Sales person include the following. Other duties may be assigned Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise. Sets up advertising displays or arranges merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales. Stamps, marks, or tags price on merchandise. Answers customer's questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise. Check out customer at register. Accepts payment and makes change. Wraps or bags and carries merchandise for customers. Completes general housekeeping duties in country store. Reports to store management with complaints, concerns or questions. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be able to meet, greet and follow up on customer inquiries and sales. As well as learn promote and sell all store products and services including but not limited to trailers, feed, power equipment, ATVs and small engine repair services.
