The Retail Selling Specialist serves as a Company ambassador to support and service our business in Disney owned stores at Disneyland and Walt Disney World through merchandising displays, selling product, and educating and training Disney Cast Members. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Additional duties may be assigned. Lead selling specialist during shift focused on engaging the customer with product, product knowledge, and close of sale. (All transactions to be completed by Disney Cast Members (sales associates) Work to foster an engaged excitement for the Citizen brand and product with the Disney Cast Members. Work with Service team and Corporate office on ensuring stock levels are maintained for maximum selling. Stay updated on watch setting instructions, functions, features, benefits, warranties. Merchandise cases and top of counter displays, according to brand planograms to ensure stock is properly displayed. Manage back and under stock with Service team. Ensure displays, watches and cases are cleaned. Ensure all watches are correctly tagged. Ensure all point-of-purchase materials are properly placed. Provide sizing for customers as needed. Additional Duties include: Responsible for all events at Disneyland Resort properties. Responsible for receiving, inventory and storage of CWA product. Must be able to carry boxes weighing approximately 25lbs. Merchandising product at specific Disneyland Resort locations, Occasionally working until 1:00 -2:00 am for special events.
