As a Fulfillment and Receiving Support Colleague, you'll play a vital role in keeping our store running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you'll help manage the flow of merchandise in and out of the store, carefully handle inventory, maintain an organized stockroom, and pick, pack, and ship customer orders with care and attention to detail. Every task you take on will contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your dedication to teamwork will shine as you collaborate with colleagues to achieve department goals and foster a positive workplace. Most importantly, you'll make every customer feel welcome by greeting them with a smile and offering your help whenever needed.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and provide thoughtful assistance.
  • Receiving and Unloading: Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks; unpack merchandise from vendor boxes.
  • Sorting and Organizing: Sort and organize merchandise based on its type, size, or category.
  • Inventory Control: Apply Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags and conduct inventory scans with precision.
  • Processing and Signing: Complete all processing and receiving activities in accordance with productivity standards.
  • Stockroom Management: Transfer merchandise from the receiving area to the stockroom or sales floor.
  • Picking and Packing: Select merchandise from the selling floor and apply packing policies & techniques.
  • Conduct Customer Pick-up: Retrieve orders from our back-of-house storage and deliver them curbside to the customer.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve department goals.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to communicate and share information with colleagues and customers.
  • Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
  • No Education or Experience Required.
