About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support our Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams. This role offers hands-on experience across cross-channel marketing, promotional signage creation, pricing accuracy, and in-store visual execution. It’s a great opportunity for someone interested in marketing, space planning, retail strategy, or brand presentation.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Design, Merchandising, Business, or a related field
Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with 3 days per week in the Bowling Green, KY office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Interest in marketing, visual merchandising, and retail presentation
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Basic familiarity with design tools or retail environments is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Assist with coordinating and executing cross-marketing initiatives across print and in-store channels
Support promotional campaigns to ensure consistent messaging and brand standards
Help create, update, and organize promotional signage for in-store promotional periods
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure signage aligns with promotions and visual guidelines
Review and verify pricing accuracy on printed materials and promotional pieces
Assist in correcting discrepancies and maintaining up-to-date pricing information
Support planogram execution and updates as needed
Assist with visual merchandising projects to enhance product presentation and customer experience in store
Provide administrative and project-based support to the Marketing and Visual teams
Help maintain organized records of marketing and visual materials
