About The Position

Maximize your earning potential as a Retail Inventory Support Specialist and make $17.50 an hour!
Imagine walking into a store and being greeted by high fives, smiles, a wall of shoes, and positive energy! The sales floor becomes a place where you get to shine! You’re an essential part of the merchandise management team. Work to review and receive merchandise shipments, manage store inventory accuracy, and maintain all inventory documentation.
You’ll be given the tools and training to make you as successful as you want to be! You’ll be measured by your level of accuracy, ability to assist in maintaining high visual standards in the store, and by your reliability to be on time and ready to rock on all your shifts.

Requirements

• Bring a minimum of 1-year experience in inventory or merchandise support

Responsibilities

• Continually improve processes and streamline merchandise transfers.
• Be reliable and have flexible schedule availability which may include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends.
• Receive replenishment, process, unpack, and organize shipments, and manage all special merchandise requests.
• Perform regular cycle counts and provide reports to your manager on results.
• Assist on the sales floor by greeting customers and answering phones as needed.
• Work with multiple departments to process merchandise returns and acknowledge receipt of shipments.
• Communicate with the fulfillment center any discrepancies or quality issues discovered during both the receiving and auditing of merchandise
