As a Stio Mountain Studio™ Retail Keyholder, you are part of our store team providing exceptional customer service each day. As a keyholder in a part-time hourly role, you share responsibility for opening and closing duties, provide leadership in finding solutions for customers, and support new employee shift training. You are expected to deliver an exceptional level of customer service, which includes but is not limited to knowledge of our brand story and products, customer engagement, and selling. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining visual merchandising standards, supporting inventory receiving and stocking processes, and helping maintain an organized store and back stock. This role is performed in our Mountain Studio retail location. The Mountain Studio Retail Keyholder must live within a reasonable commute of our Boston, Massachusetts Mountain Studio.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required
- Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekend, holiday season shifts
- Self-starter proactive with tackling daily tasks, handling customer interactions, and communicating with your managers on a daily basis
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive space for every person who enters the Mountain Studio
- Computer proficiency and POS experience, Microsoft Office Suite skills preferred
- Email and phone communication skills required
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be able to move around the retail space for 8-10 hours per day
- Must be able to move items upwards of 50 lbs, occasionally traverse ladders
Responsibilities
- Work alongside a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Team-oriented and able to maintain a positive attitude
- Multitask while prioritizing the customer experience
- Utilize point of sale (POS) systems to research products and complete transactions
- Provide feedback and guidance with the team to align with store, service, and role expectations
- Oversee and support all opening and closing duties in the absence of Managers
- Coordinate same-day response needs to scheduling coverage
- Support on and offsite community events representing the Stio brand
