Requirements

  • Ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong ability to assist clients and Sales Team with solving client issues in a fast-paced luxury environment.
  • Self-driven, you are curious, rigorous and pay attention to details and excellence.
  • You are a strong team player, who values collective success.
  • You will have at least 2 years of experience in a Sales Administration or Customer Service role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP is required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English required.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree and experience in luxury watches or jewelry industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • ENSURE OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
  • Stock management: Manage stock and stock movements: receptions, shipping, inventories, orders, consignments while maintaining quality control and preventing stock losses
  • Manage tools and PLV supply: orders, inventories, optimal storage
  • Assist with inventory control processes (e.g., daily/weekly/monthly counts and stock movements) to ensure a successful annual inventory
  • Customer service: Manage full after-sales service flow (service drop-off and pick-up, registration of repairs and services, tracking of status from service facilities, quote approval follow-up, communicate updates with clients).
  • Manage complimentary services including strap changes, demagnetization, accuracy test
  • Execute monthly reports and monthly inventory/reconciliation
  • Compliance and risk management: Ensure compliance with Group’s policies & Maison’s commercial rules
  • Guarantee that retail procedures are respected (selling, customer services, stock management, security…)
  • Ensure all team is aware about latest procedures and tools capabilities
  • Support overall success of boutique audits; partner with management to implement and execute action plans
  • Administration: Monitor administrative aspects of boutique sales; ensure daily transactions and proper paperwork are submitted to respective corporate teams timely and accurately
  • Elevate the client journey: Ensure the boutique environment is meticulously maintained to provide a welcoming and luxurious experience for all clients.
  • Assist to set-up and optimize visual merchandising.
  • Identify and coordinate boutique maintenance operations.
  • Daily operations: Coordinate efficient opening and closing procedures
  • Offer assistance on the sales floor as needed
