About The Position

Retail Operations Coordinator General Description: The Retail Operations Coordinator will manage inventory, receiving, product distribution and directing of staff. RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to: Demonstrates our One Team philosophy of Passion, Accountability, Customer Focus, and Teamwork. Receiving of all incoming products, both physically and through the retail system Distribution of new & reordered products to all retail locations, including applicable paperwork Replenishment of product to all retail locations utilizing system reporting Completion of all applicable paperwork for replenishments, transfers, adjustments & receiving Organization and maintenance of warehouse Responsible for hiring and training of warehouse employees Complete retail location set ups for all home games. Assists in maintenance of all POS registers Assists in developing marketing ideas for the Team Shop and retail stands for games and online Participates in development of pop-up shop opportunities as requested, in some instances taking the lead on the project Carries out supervisory responsibilities for assigned staff in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing issues and solving problems and regularly communicating with staff. Other applicable duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience
  • Knowledge of Inventory & POS Systems
  • Experience with warehousing in a retail sales environment
  • Experience managing staff and creating a team-oriented environment
  • Must demonstrate initiative and creativity
  • Must have ability and willingness to work long days, evenings, and weekends
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication.

Nice To Haves

  • BS/BA degree preferred
