Requirements
- Someone who enjoys talking — but truly loves listening
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to stay productive during slower moments
- Passionate about wellness, teamwork, and creating beautiful client experiences
- Comfortable using computers and modern scheduling/payment tools
Nice To Haves
- Retail sales experience preferred, especially with memberships or service-based sales
- Customer service experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting is a plus
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through our monthly Elements Wellness Program using a proven, feel-good sales process
- Create genuine connections with new and returning clients by listening first and serving thoughtfully
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service
- Turn questions or concerns into moments of trust and outstanding care
- Assist with scheduling, payments, and daily studio operations using easy-to-learn systems
