Swiftly is seeking a high-performing, hunter-oriented Retail Sales Director to lead new retailer acquisition across the Central to East U.S. regions. This role is responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing net-new grocery partnerships. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the grocery retail ecosystem, strong knowledge of digital media and retail media monetization, and an established network within regional and enterprise grocery chains. This role will report to the SVP of Retail and play a critical role in expanding Swiftlyâs footprint with multi-unit grocery operators seeking to modernize their digital capabilities and unlock new retail media revenue streams. Candidates must be located in Central/East time zones.
