Job Description Summary The Team Lead is a key part of the Store Leadership Team. The Team Lead will work with store associates and provide daily communication, direction and training to align with our daily goals and expectations. In the absence of the Store Manager or Asst. Store Manager, the Team Lead supervises and manages all store associates including implementing and enforcing company policies, procedures and company directives.
