About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our retail sales team. As a Retail Sales associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our store. You will engage with customers, helping them find products that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or business is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and processing sales accurately.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring product displays are tidy and appealing.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs by upselling and cross-selling products to customers effectively.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience and support store initiatives.
