About The Position

As a Retail Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Retail Supervisor and Retail Manager in the day-to-day operation of our retail and photo areas. You’ll lead by example on the floor, inspire your team, and help drive an exceptional guest experience while achieving commercial goals.

Requirements

• Retail experience (required)
• Customer service experience (required)
• A fun, friendly, and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with children and families
• High school diploma or GED (college preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support the efficient, effective, and safe operation of retail and photo areas
• Lead by example as a best-in-class on-the-floor presence
• Deliver world-class guest experiences through every interaction
• Help maximize per cap spending and Average Transaction Values (ATV)
• Motivate and support team members during daily operations
• Contribute to achieving KPI and Mystery Visit targets
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control programs
• Support ongoing team training and development
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Uphold all safety and operational procedures
