Requirements

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
Ability to operate cash registers and basic store equipment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts
Valid Driver’s License
Valid State Food Handler’s Permit

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and support daily sales
Assist the Store Manager with overall store operations
Operate cash registers and handle cash accurately
Check in vendors and fuel deliveries
Keep shelves, coolers, and displays stocked and organized
Assist with inventory counts and stock management
Help maintain store cleanliness including floors, counters, pumps, and surrounding property
Support employee scheduling when the Store Manager is unavailable
Ensure company policies for cash handling, safety, and security are followed
Report maintenance or operational issues to management
