About The Position

As a Supervisor, you’ll lead our sales team, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to policies and procedures. Collaborate with a dedicated team to drive outstanding customer satisfaction and create a seamless shopping experience. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills are required to complete necessary daily tasks.

Nice To Haves

• 6 months in a position involving sales, hospitality, or training of others.
• 1 year in a retail operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through greeting, phone handling, and efficient POS transactions.
• Foster a positive team environment and enforce operational procedures, including opening/closing and daily duties.
• Communicate effectively with written and verbal instructions, resolve conflicts, and share relevant information.
• Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts, merchandise handling, and monitoring shrinkage.
• Support staff with POS transactions, housekeeping, and merchandising.
• Ensure store quality through restocking and proper product merchandising.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures and completing weekly training.
