Role Overview: As the Retail Supervisor, maintains the retail dining services operation, works to ensure that the expectations of the client and Dining Services Director are met and/or exceeded, while responding to market trends and customer demands, producing desired outcomes in a fiscally responsible manner. Works professionally and cooperatively as a valued member of the dining services management team, assisting with any aspect of the dining services program necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of two years ofCulinaryexperience
• Minimum of two years of Supervisory experience

• Preferred –ServSafeManagementCertification

Responsibilities

• Maintainsestablished food presentation standards
• maintainsan organized system of comprehensive retail record keeping
• Training and supervising all retail staff
• Ensures the service and retail production areas are always safe and sanitary; C.L.E.A.N. Works! program is followed
• Maintains good public relations with all customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community
• achieveshigh levelsof customer and client satisfaction
