About The Position
The retention marketing intern will support the marketing team in developing and executing strategies that keep customers engaged and loyal to the brand. This involves assisting with email and SMS campaigns, analyzing customer data, and contributing to efforts that drive long-term retention and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ability to analyze marketing data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing tools and strategies
- Problem-solving skills to optimize customer retention initiatives
- Enthusiasm for digital marketing and customer engagement
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related field
- Proficient in Excel and Google Suite
- Basic understanding of retention marketing, A/B testing, and data analysis
Nice To Haves
- Prior internship or coursework in digital or email marketing
- Experience in email marketing platforms and Tableau
- HTML knowledge (a plus)
Responsibilities
- Provide support in scheduling and coordinating email, SMS, and TikTok shop campaigns.
- Contribute to loyalty program initiatives by assisting in the revamp of the loyalty email series, enhancing customer engagement and retention.
- Assist in compiling and analyzing email performance reports, as well as preparing detailed weekly presentation decks.
- Identify issues and inefficiencies within various triggered email series and implement design improvements or AB tests.
