As the Retention Specialist II at Vuori, you will support the execution and optimization of lifecycle marketing across email and SMS, helping build meaningful customer relationships and drive retention. This role is primarily focused on lifecycle execution, experimentation, and performance optimization, while also supporting loyalty-related initiatives as they intersect with lifecycle marketing and customer engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with partners across Marketing, Creative, Technology, Analytics, Retail, and Merch Planning to deliver cohesive, on-brand, and performance-driven communications across owned channels. This role is a strong foundation for future growth in CRM and lifecycle marketing, offering hands-on experience in high-impact programs at a fast-growing brand.
