About The Position

The primary function of the Retoucher role is to execute and uphold the quality standards of all assets that Kith uses on its website, social, and other mediums for content.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Retouching experience specifically in a retail environment
• Experience working with fashion apparel products on and off body, line-sheets, etc.
• Must be proficient in Photoshop, Lightroom, CaptureOne, Excel, Navigating Dropbox
• General familiarity with leveraging AI platforms for photo editing including Prompting Gemini, ChatGPT, Photoshop AI
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment

Responsibilities

• Retouch imagery created by brand. This can be On-Body, Off-Body/Still life, or Special projects like Kith Treats food photography
• Maintain deadlines as it pertains to the content calendar
• Maintain an organized system for assets to be easily accessed by the larger team
• Maintain the archive for necessary working files
• Collaborate with content, styling, web, photography and marketing team
