Job Summary: The Return Goods Technician will analyze and repair product malfunctions by utilizing knowledge of company product, tooling, and repairs.

Requirements

Knowledgeable to work from drawings and schematics
Effective use of power and hand tools, including measuring tools and electrical testing equipment (caliper, micrometer, tape measure, multi meter and hi-pot tester).
Work well in team environment and effectively communicate
Problem solving skills
Detail oriented to perform work that requires precision and accuracy
Basic computer skills are needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous AS400, WMS, Agile, Microsoft Office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure product specification and safety standards are met through use of measuring tools and electrical testing equipment
Repair and perform rework on product returns and damaged goods.
Test and evaluate product.
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to assist in repairs
Troubleshoot and analyze product to identify root cause of product malfunction.
Perform data entry for report completion.
Safely operate a manlift in accordance with company policy.
Repair and maintain department tools and equipment
Assists with special projects
