About The Position
Island H2O Water Park is now accepting applications from former Island H2O team members who are interested in returning for the 2026 season. If you worked with us during a previous season and are ready to bring the fun back, we'd love to have you return! Position Overview Returning Team Members may be placed in the same or similar role held previously, based on operational needs, performance history, and availability. Positions may include (but are not limited to): Lifeguard Food & Beverage Team Member Admissions / Ticketing Retail Park Services / Custodial Other seasonal operations roles
Requirements
- Must have previously worked at Island H2O Water Park
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be available to work during the 2026 operating season, training will begin in February 2026.
- Weekend, holiday, and peak-season availability is required
- Flexible scheduling preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver a fun, safe, and memorable experience for all guests
- Follow all park policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude while working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Provide excellent guest service and assist guests as needed
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow team members
- Perform job-specific duties as assigned based on your role
