In this role, you’ll process wholesale and online returns with accuracy and efficiency while working with systems like SAP and Salesforce. Your ability to stay organized, communicate discrepancies, and manage your workload ensures that every return is handled according to policy and processed correctly.

YOUR OBJECTIVE
You process wholesale and on-line product returns using the established Returns Policy guidelines.

Requirements

• You have functional knowledge of SAP, Sales Force Commerce Cloud (specifically the FC Module, CS Module and Administration Module) and warehousing processes and systems
• You demonstrate organizational skills
• You have accurate data entry abilities
• You can follow through on assignments

Responsibilities

• You precisely receive and process authorized Life is Good returns in an organized and efficient manner
• You work independently, communicating and interacting with other departments to complete the returns process
• You manage time effectively
• You communicate any discrepancies and out of ordinary issues to the Distribution Manager
• You assist in other areas as needed
• You follow all safety procedures
