The Reunion and Volunteer Engagement Manager is responsible for advancing meaningful alumni connection and participation by leading reunion and volunteer engagement efforts that foster lifelong connection, service, and generosity among Principia’s alumni community for Principia School and Principia College. This role designs and executes volunteer driven strategies that strengthen alumni relationships, increase participation in reunions and annual giving initiatives, and support Principia’s broader engagement and fundraising goals This is a dual reporting position, reporting jointly to the Senior Director of Alumni and Field Relations and the Director of Annual Giving. Working in close collaboration with Alumni & Field Relations, Development, and campus partners, the Reunion and Volunteer Engagement Manager aligns reunion programming, volunteer leadership, and class based engagement to deliver cohesive, mission aligned experiences for alumni, students, parents, and friends of Principia.
