Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university (majoring in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work Tuesday/ Wednesday & Thursday at our North American headquarters located near Clark & Adams

  • Interest in technology, SaaS, or sales is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve CRM data quality by reviewing, analyzing, and cleaning customer and prospect records in Salesforce
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of account, contact, and lead data through manual data cleanup and validation
  • Use Excel and/or Google Sheets to organize, analyze, and cross-check data to support sales initiatives
  • Support the sales team by conducting light outbound outreach, including: warm and occasional cold phone calls
  • Sending qualification or follow-up emails
  • Conduct short surveys or discovery outreach to help identify which customer and prospect accounts are best suited for sales follow-up
  • Collaborate with experienced sales representatives to understand SaaS sales workflows, pipeline management, and prospect qualification
  • Take on additional ad-hoc projects related to sales operations and process improvement
  • Bring a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and take initiative
