As a Revenue Auditor I, you play a vital role in upholding that trust by verifying the accuracy of our financial processes, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, and helping our team deliver an experience guests can count on with confidence. In this role, you ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance in all revenue-related activities. Performs daily audits of assigned gaming and non-gaming departments to verify adherence to gaming regulations and company policies, helping safeguard both the organization and the guest experience through reliable financial practices. What you bring to the table Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.

Requirements

  • A minimum age of 21.
  • High school graduate: some accounting courses preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) year accounting/bookkeeping activities and/or other satisfactory experience.
  • Minimum six (6) months computer experience with ability to use spreadsheets; word processing exposure a plus.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with both guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts daily audits of assigned revenue-generating departments following established procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Reconciles accounts and prepares daily income journals to maintain precise financial records.
  • Organizes and prioritizes work to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently throughout the day.
  • Navigates and utilizes auditing and accounting software with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with the Revenue Audit Supervisor/Manager regarding workflow status, discrepancies, and other pertinent information.
  • Keeps up to date with all casino policies, procedures, and regulatory changes.
  • Adheres to all company and finance department policies and procedures to maintain compliance and consistency.
  • Builds and maintains positive working relationships with team members across departments, supporting a culture of collaboration and hospitality.
  • Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly.
