About The Position

Serve as a Revenue Cycle Lead responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, optimization, and strategic direction of financial and revenue processes within the Oracle Health EHR platform across Claritev client engagements. This role ensures efficient end-to-end revenue cycle performance, supports operational excellence, and drives financial outcomes through data-driven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree, or 7 equivalent years of related experience.
  • 7+ years of experience with Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) EHR applications, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
  • Experience with healthcare regulations and governing bodies (e.g., HIPAA, CMS, The Joint Commission) and project management tools/methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including the ability to present ideas clearly and respond to inquiries effectively.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare industry and understanding all major workflows associated with specific Oracle Health EHR solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple teams or departments.
  • Skilled in building positive working relationships across various levels and functions.
  • Effective at fostering trust and rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Dedicated to delivering high-quality service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

  • Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level leadership across all areas of the revenue cycle, including patient access, charge capture, coding, billing, claims, denials, and collections.
  • Assess current client revenue cycle operations and develop strategies to improve financial performance, workflow efficiency, and compliance.
  • Translate operational, clinical, and financial requirements into scalable processes, policies, and system configurations.
  • Lead implementation, optimization, and stabilization of revenue cycle systems and workflows, including integration with EHR and third-party platforms.
  • Partner with client executives, operational leaders, and technical teams to ensure alignment across finance, clinical operations, and IT.
  • Support go-live, transition planning, root-cause resolution, and post-implementation activities.
  • Mentor and guide revenue cycle consultants, analysts, and project teams to strengthen operational capability and standardization.
