Operational Strategy: Act as the primary liaison between executive management and staff, implementing administrative systems and monitoring workflow efficiency. Data & Analysis: Collect and analyze operational data to prepare productivity reports and summaries for leadership. Compliance & Quality: Implement and monitor quality control measures, ensuring all activity adheres to HIPAA and evolving healthcare regulations.

Requirements

CPC, CCS, or CCSP certification
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare billing or revenue cycle environment
Deep proficiency in Epic applications
A strong understanding of medical terminology, ICD-10/CPT coding, and New York State third-party billing regulations
High School Diploma or GED
Full-time, on-site position in New York
