As a Revenue Enablement Onboarding Program Specialist, you will play a critical role in equipping new revenue team members—specifcally AEs—with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed for success. You will support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our onboarding programs, ensuring a structured, engaging, and effective ramp-up experience. Working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), sales leaders, and cross-functional teams, you will help build and deliver high-impact learning experiences while tracking key success metrics to optimize onboarding effectiveness
