About The Position

As the Revenue Enablement Operations Partner 4 you will partner closely with teams across GTM and the Revenue Enablement Team specifically to ensure a model and governance framework that enables strategic business outcomes increases collaboration and improves visibility and decreases risks all in alignment with the overall planning budgeting and operational lifecycles for training and field readiness programs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Enablement Sales Leadership or GTM roles within B2B SaaS or tech companies related to experience with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong grasp of B2B sales processes sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC Challenger) and sales performance metrics
  • Experience managing enablement platforms like Learning Management Systems Content Management Systems and Conversational Intelligence
  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills. Excellent oral written and confident communication
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Demonstrated set up and usage of project/program management platforms like JIRA SmartSheets
  • Ability to understand the unique challenges of working with partners and enable them to work seamlessly across organizational boundaries to drive the business planning and initiative execution
  • Familiarity with a variety of operating models and planning best practices specifically with building and driving processes around the prioritization of proposed initiatives
  • Experience operating successfully in a global multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to work in highly ambiguous situations bringing clarity and organizational alignment
  • Ability to oversee a variety of projects/programs simultaneously
  • Microsoft Windows and Office proficient

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall rhythm for Revenue Enablement in collaboration with Global Enablement Business Partners Revenue Enablement Global Content team Sales Operations and other central teams supporting GTM specifically aligning all requests for enablement to the overall revenue enablement strategy with the Vice President Revenue Enablement.
  • Lead and manage all demand and capacity planning for optimal resource utilization and alignment to support revenue enablement programs like Sales Edge SKO Sales Boot Camp and any other in-person training ensuring all resources venues and support are secured and a world-class event is delivered. Make recommendations to leadership accordingly.
  • Administer and manage the revenue enablement platforms used by the Revenue Enablement team to deliver content and training to sales and partners. Will be responsible for the daily maintenance to these systems and provide support to users and content creators as needed.
  • Oversee the Revenue Enablement intake process in Sharepoint groom requests to ensure clarity of the ask learning objectives identified and balance of workload across the team. Work with requestors to get clarity on what they want to achieve before assigning to a team member.
  • Lead the bi-weekly prioritization of enablement requests with the Revenue Enablement team specifically working with VP Revenue Enablement to communicate back to sales and partners leadership marketing product and other GTM support teams what work will be completed and by when
  • Provided analysis on trends and insights into enablement requests and make recommendations to the VP Revenue Enablement on what and where we should focus our resources and efforts
  • Lead analysis and recommendations to help build scalable processes for managing against our budget targets and gaining insights into how we invest our dollars across the portfolio
  • Use data to identify gaps establish and implement business processes governance frameworks and tools to make Revenue Enablement more efficient and effective
  • Operate as a trusted advisor on issues and trends; provide general consulting services leveraging expertise and significant best practice knowledge.
  • Operate as an innovative thought leader; contribute significantly to the overall growth and quality of the department through knowledge sharing and coaching on current best practices and market trends.
  • Mentor coach train and provide feedback to other team members; provide feedback to leadership on abilities of team.
