About The Position

The Revenue Integrity Analyst oversees the activities of the Denial and Avoidable Write Off committee meetings. The Analyst assists in identifying sources of denials and avoidable write offs and helps to perform root cause analysis. The Analyst is proficient in Excel and extracts data to provide to Executive Leadership. Prepares, compiles, distributes, and analyzes regular reports that results in financial impact and initiates proactive communications within appropriate departments. Works with the Revenue Integrity Manager and other operational leaders to develop strategies to correct negative trends and identifies areas of opportunity of improvement. Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
Eligible remote states include NC, FL, GA, SC, SD, TN, TX and VA.

Requirements

• 3 Years Accounting/Finance - Revenue Cycle Required
• 3 Years Accounting/Finance - Financial Analysis Required
• 3 Years Healthcare Required
• Associate's Degree Required

Nice To Haves

• Certified Professional Coder Preferred
• Certified Coding Specialist Preferred
• Registered Health Information Administrator Preferred
• Registered Health Information Technician Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
