About The Position

The Net Revenue Management Analyst provides certain analysis and reports related to the net patient services revenue accounting function. This position provides support in the development, analysis, and interpretation of a variety of routine to moderately complex data sources. Management supervision is limited. Please note that a video interview through Microsoft Teams will be required as well as potential onsite interviews and meetings Our standard working hours follow Mountain Time. There may be times when late‑night work is needed based on business needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration from an accredited institution. Education is verified.
  • Demonstrated experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and e-mail, and scheduling applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in a role requiring effective analytical thinking, as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytics using tools and processes.
  • Familiarity with Epic and Workday
  • Familiarity with Kodiak Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA) net revenue tool

Responsibilities

  • Provides data and inputs used in the preparation of A/R reserve calculations, including contractual allowances, bad debt reserves and charity reserves for all assigned companies.
  • Supports the preparation of the monthly close setting in the RCA tool and other templates related to net revenue and net accounts receivable.
  • Provides data and inputs used in the analysis of payer performance and provides various analyses and reports specific to net revenue performance.
  • Provides data and inputs used in the preparation of the plan and forecast models for all assigned companies.
  • Assists with the completion of balance sheet reconciliations for all assigned companies, accounts, and work tags.
  • Provides data and inputs used in multiple projects and assists the Revenue Management Analyst – Senior and Manager – Revenue Management to meet deadlines.
