We are looking to hire a Revenue Management Associate Manager on the US Consumer Produts Division immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland. Working with a set of scorecards that integrate financial, consumption and trade investment data this role is responsible for identifying ROI improvement opportunities, addressing drivers of revenue erosion and achieving Net Sales and Gross Profit targets by working with Customer Business Managers to review trade plans, recommend and implement changes based on historical performance and forward-looking analytics. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and financial acumen, rounded with commercial experience and ability to translate quantitative insights into action. The Revenue Management Associate Manager will lead direct reports and support cross-functional teams through trade plan reviews, annual planning, execution and tracking, while closely collaborating with Field Sales, Sales Planning, Category Management and Marketing to build selling stories that demonstrate how plans will successfully improve results, driving retail sales and category growth.
