About The Position

We're looking for an analytical and strategic Revenue Operations Analyst to be the data-driven force behind our revenue engine. This role is ideal for someone who loves uncovering insights, solving complex business problems, and translating data into actionable strategies. You'll analyze our sales performance, optimize our revenue processes, and provide the intelligence that leadership needs to make informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Background in finance, consulting, or strategy; MBA a plus.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
  • 3–5 years in RevOps, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Consulting.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, RevOps tools, or CPQ systems a plus
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills
  • Strong Salesforce reporting experience
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and build BI dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and executive‑ready presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen; curious, process‑oriented problem solver.
  • Able to translate technical insights into business language.
  • SQL or Python proficiency preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build dashboards to track pipeline, conversions, deal velocity, and attainment.
  • Analyze sales data to uncover trends, risks, and performance drivers.
  • Monitor pipeline health and highlight forecast risks early.
  • Analyze win/loss outcomes and ROI of sales initiatives.
  • Identify process bottlenecks using data insights.
  • Develop accurate revenue forecasts using historical and predictive modeling.
  • Support quota allocation, territory planning, and scenario modeling.
  • Partner with Finance on revenue plans and variance analysis.
  • Model the impact of pricing, new products, and market expansion.
  • Assess current sales processes to identify inefficiencies.
  • Design streamlined workflows and standardize revenue processes.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and define requirements for system enhancements.
  • Conduct routine data quality audits.
