Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying, transformation, and modeling
  • Experience with data visualization/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo, PowerBI, Looker)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) and sales process management
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI or automation tools to improve efficiency and reporting
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and perform in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of experimental design and statistical analysis is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leaders to provide insights, forecasting, and performance analysis for strategic decision-making
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks, scorecards, and dashboards to monitor team and individual sales performance
  • Develop tools and processes to help sales teams prioritize high-value activities and improve efficiency across the sales funnel
  • Support administrative sales processes, including territory assignments, quota setting, incentive tracking, and CRM hygiene
  • Apply experimental design methods (A/B testing, pilots, cohort analysis) to evaluate strategies, incentives, and process changes
  • Design repeatable processes, dashboards, and structures to scale operations for expanding sales teams
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and promote operational excellence across teams
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align revenue operations initiatives with organizational goals
