About The Position

Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Lead to support the growth and scale of a global experiences marketplace. In this role, you will partner with senior regional and global leaders to design and optimize revenue operations strategies across acquisition, onboarding, account management, and vendor programs. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role focused on building scalable processes, performance frameworks, and data-driven operating models that enable sustainable growth. You will not be responsible for negotiating deals; instead, you will design the systems, programs, and performance engines that maximize the effectiveness of partner, marketing, and sales motions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketplace operations, growth strategy, management consulting, or similar roles
  • Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and SQL is preferred
  • Experience supporting SMB and B2B sales cycles and familiarity with CRM and revenue tooling
  • Proven project management skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence both senior leaders and field teams
  • Demonstrated strength in problem-solving, business modeling, and designing scalable operational frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Translate business strategy into actionable operating plans that drive scalable supply growth, retention, and efficiency across markets
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (operations, analytics, marketing, systems, legal, and product) to ensure alignment and execution against goals
  • Analyze global and regional performance data to identify trends, diagnose opportunities, and deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership
  • Define, monitor, and refine KPIs and performance metrics to maximize program impact and business outcomes
  • Design and improve operational processes that enhance field team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead the development of standardized workflows, operating models, and performance management practices
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to systematize and automate tooling related to lifecycle management, quality assurance, payouts, and partner workflows
  • Support the launch of new initiatives in priority markets and scale proven learnings across the broader business
