About The Position

This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Schedule: Monday - Friday (7am - production end) Starting pay rate: $17.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Place individual trays onto the conveyor belt
• Pull/push 5-8 pounds of product towards work area
• Select quality product from the conveyor to place into a tray
• Discard pieces of Smart Chicken that do not meet quality standards to rework
• Place 1 to 2 pieces of Smart Chicken in the tray
• Keep work area clean
• Follow all SOP's for your area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong hand/eye coordination
• Good upper extremity motor skills
• Ability to rotate job functions
• Ability to wear, use and maintain personal protective equipment
• Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to take direction and learn by observing others
