Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an RF Engineering Manager to join our team in Littleton, CO! In this role you will drive technical, cost and schedule execution as a Radio Frequency Manager in the Space Protection Program area. You will work hand in hand with senior program and customer leadership teams to deliver mission critical RF hardware and capabilities. This position will also be responsible for the daily management of a team of RF Engineers and the delivery of space flight hardware. Requirements

Active TS/SCI w/ Poly
Experience managing cost/schedule/technical baselines for Space RF products including antennas, SDRs and/or ground equipment
Control Account Management (CAM) Experience
Technical experience in RF design for space applications
Familiarity with Earned Value (EV) metrics to manage program cost

Nice To Haves

Experienced Integrated Product Team (IPT) leader with history of delivering RF products for space applications
Technical experience designing Software designed radios. antennas and ground modems
Experience managing program schedules with Microsoft Project
Experience writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) in response to customer proposal requests #SpaceNSS
